  3. I'd love to make something like this. Did you create the patterns?

    1. They are very simple Liz. I used little wooden headed wire body dolls then just cut out some felt and velvet to make the clothes. You can get the bodies at most craft stores. I used patterns from a Steiner craft book, can't remember which one, for the donkey, cat and sheep. Glad you like them.

  4. awww...so cute. I was a Christmas Grinch this past season- not in the Christmas Spirit AT ALL. My sister recently sent me a DVD box set of Christmas classic cartoons- Rudolph, Frosty, etc. and my baby went gaga over the DVD cover. So, this past week I popped in Rudolph (for the baby...yes, that's it...for the baby) and have been in a jolly mood ever since. Now seeing your post, it's like it's a sign. BE MERRY AND BRIGHT! :)

    1. Hi, we are in no way religious but I still think it's important to respect where the story of Christmas has come from. It's also creates a nice ritual to do each year. I feel our modern life is sadly lacking in ritual and it's nice to bring it into our life where we can.
