Weather.

There is nothing better than watching the storm clouds roll in after a sweltering day.  Melbourne must have the craziest weather in the world.  40 degrees one day and 16 degrees the next.

My daughter is always finding new and unusual friends in our garden.

Trees!

I just love trees, cant get enough of them.  The first shot is from the botanical gardens near my house and the second is at the Melbourne Zoo. Just wonderful.

OK I know, I missed a day, so yes it is a two in one post again.

N is for.......

A brand New home.

I never thought we would get to move into a brand new house, a house where nobody else has lived.  Fresh and clean and everything works.  A clean slate with which to start the next part of our life.

O is for.......

Opportunity.  

My daughter was lucky enough to be given the opportunity this year to be part of the MSO Artplay Ensemble.  A wonderful experience for both of us as we both got the opportunity to go to many MSO performances. My daughter thrived on the creative work done at the various workshops during the year.

I love a bit of 1970s Macrame, updated with the use of fluoro twine.

What to do for J, this took a little thought but finally I came up with; 

J is for Justice 

and communities coming together to fight against injustice.

Well today it's the letter D!

Has to be D for Daffodil, my favorite spring flower.  As soon as I see the happy yellow faces peeping out at me I know spring has well and truly sprung.
